Town Hall Hotel - Shoreditch London

Spacious rooms with a nice kitchen setup, perfect for families. The design of the rooms is wonderful, with quirky character and charm. The hotel has a big indoor pool, a great amenity. The staff recommended a fantastic Italian restaurant nearby that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The service at the hotel was very poor, with no response to email inquiries and repeated requests. There was also no information given at check-in about expressing a desire for room cleaning.

We had a fantastic stay at Town Hall! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen facilities were great, great to cook and feel self-sufficient. The comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The ample toiletries provided added a luxurious touch to our stay. we had a wonderful experience at Town Hall and would highly recommend it to others.

The location of the hotel is not ideal for someone like me who prefers a vibrant nightlife. Most of the bars around are pretentious and overpriced. the restaurant they recommended was closed, leaving me stranded for dinner. Despite this, the hotel is conveniently located near a tube station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the luxurious bathrooms provide a relaxing experience. The staff is polite, although a bit confused at times. The breakfast at the nearby cafe was excellent.

Checking in was a hassle due to the confused reception staff and my room not being ready. there was a mix-up with the bills, resulting in an unexpected charge for a simple coffee and toast.

We loved the spacious and well-equipped studio with a comfortable bed and a stylish bathroom that offered privacy with its glass wall and curtain. The vintage furniture added a unique touch to the room's design. The breakfast, which could be delivered to the room, was delicious. The hotel's location close to the tube and Bethnal Green tube station made it easy for us to explore the city and reach popular attractions like Tower Bridge.

While they were satisfying and well-prepared, we couldn't help but feel that they lacked the unique and exclusive touch that we were expecting from such a high-end venue.
